It’s one hour at a time for this six-week challenge. Workouts incorporate resistance bands, a blue ball and a ballet barre for abs, leg, butt and arm exercises that will sculpt your physique. All segments are high energy, and some use a bit of choreography. The challenge consists of four classes a week, and you can track your progress with weekly measurements.
