Bridge lights shine once more

The night lights of the Brooklyn Bridge went back on Nov. 5 after being dark for most of 2003 because of the city’s budget problems. The lights on the four East River bridges will stay on the next two years thanks to a $160,000 donation from four businesses, the International Gemological Institute, the River Café, Carter Ledyard & Milburn and Travelex.
