10 free agency options for the Giants in 2016

  • The Giants cut Will Beatty and Geoff Schwartz after injuries cost them most (Schwartz) or all (Beatty) of their 2015 season. They intend to keep Ereck Flowers at left tackle and Weston Richburg at center, so the question (as it seems to be every season) is where 2013 first-rounder Justin Pugh will line up. If they decide to kick him inside to guard, they'll need a right tackle. Mitchell Schwartz is an unrestricted free agent who graded out as Pro Football Focus' top right tackle of 2015 thanks to his 11 QB knockdowns allowed all season. He'll also be just 27 when the season begins. But will he want to sign with the team that just cut his brother?
